MI-TF1 personnel deployed for the devastating ice storm that impacted thousands who lost power and caused extensive damage.
Working with local assets, strike teams and the National Guard, an initial group of 16 – relieved partway through the deployment by a group of 13 – braved the frigid temperatures and other adverse weather conditions to do everything they could to clear the way for power companies and local residents.  Eight vehicles, the ATVs and every chainsaw were deployed to aid our members in their efforts. In total members were deployed for 9 days.

Connect Rocket
During the monthly test, everyone gets a text message and an email.  It is important that everyone respond to the notification, but you only have to respond to one of them. It will be recorded regardless of which one you respond to.

When there is a deployment request, connect rocket sends a message to every TF member.  Regardless of your status with the TF, please respond with your availability.  Even if you may not be deploying, you may be requested to help out at the Mob Center.
