The Search Section traveled to the MAAC Emergency Services Training Facility in Valparaiso Indiana for a weekend of technical search and canine search specific training. The facility has a variety of training props and adds new ones every year.

There are no hard and fast rules on hypothermia, but it can occur at 50 degrees and at even warmer temperatures if you are wet and/or it is windy.
